Renovated, detached, half-timbered Alsatian house dating from the 18th century. Located on a farm in Mutzenhouse - 35km north of Strasbourg and 20km from Haguenau. 5 min from the A4 freeway.

On the first floor of the house, you'll find the living room, a spacious kitchen with dining area, a bathroom (bath + shower) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds.
A bathroom with toilet is also accessible on this floor. For your comfort, all beds are 2 meters long, and a cooler is available on the first floor in summer.
Private parking in the enclosed courtyard, Heating included.
Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Charging station for all brands of electric vehicle (type 2, 7.5 kw) - vehicle charging extra (current EDF rate).
Playground (pétanque, basketball, soccer, etc.) in the village. Cycle path along the Marne-Rhine canal, 1 km from the Holiday cottage.

Gite très bien situé autour de Strasbourg, Saverne et à deux pas de l' Allemagne. Les propriétaires sont charmant et accueillant. Si vous avez besoin d' un renseignement sur les visites à faire ou autre, ils sont à votre écoute.

Un super gites très bien équipé d’une très grande taille d’une propreté irréprochable. Avec le cadeau d’accueil que nous avons eu, C’était parfait ,des propriétaires hyper sympathiques qui nous donne des conseils de visite que demander de plus pour passer un superbe séjour dans cette petite ville très calme. Encore merci pour tout nous reviendrons chez vous pour visiter le marché de Noël de Strasbourg, et recommandons votre gîte auprès de nos amis.

Propriétaire très accueillant et super sympathique. la maison est très confortable et agréable. La preuve c'est la deuxième que nous y allons. (ne pas trop dire que c'est trop bien, il n'y aura plus disponibilité pour nous, car nous comptons bien y retourner).
