On the heights of Bar sur Aube, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 10 km from the Nigloland theme park, come and stay in this 1930s-style house on a winegrowing estate. You'll enjoy breathtaking views over the forest and vineyards, in a quiet, leafy setting close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets...).
First floor: spacious fitted kitchen opening onto a dining room, comfortable living room with flat-screen TV, double bedroom (2 90x200 beds that can be made into a double bed), shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet. 1st floor: landing with reading area, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 90x200 beds that can be made into double beds. Heating, electricity, air conditioning, towels and household linen are included in the price of your stay. Beds will be made up on arrival. Outside, you'll find parking, a 1000 m² plot to share with the owners, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The owner and winemaker will be delighted to show you around the estate and offer a wine tasting session. 2 electric bicycles are also available (rental: €50/day, €200/week, deposit €1300). Hybrid car recharging package: €3/recharge.

Guillaume et Sandrin Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (2 adultes et 4 enfants) à l’Oustaou. Le gîte est bien agencé et équipé, offrant tout le confort moderne (internet Haut-débit, PAC...). La literie est l’une des meilleures que nous ayons pu tester jusqu’ici. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute. À côté du gîte se trouve les caves du domaine viticole des proriétaires ainsi qu'un salon de dégustation: nous avons pu découvrir leur production et avons passé de très bons moments lors de nos échanges.
Côté localisation, le gîte permet de varier les activités : à 10 min de Nigloland, à 20 min des Grands Lacs ou du Mémorial Charles de Gaulle, et à 3 minutes à pied du centre de Bar-sur-Aube, d’où vous pouvez également rejoindre le GR 145 ou l’un des nombreux sentiers communaux.
Bref, un gîte confortable que nous recommandons.

Cédric Super séjour entre amis
Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. Le gîte est assez spacieux et offre tout le confort nécessaire : plusieurs chambres - toutes climatisées, grand espace salle à manger / cuisine, bel espace extérieur avec barbecue et pergola.

PascNath Une belle semaine en famille dans un gîte au calme
Un gîte tout confort, décoré avec goût et avec les lits faits à l'arrivée. La pergola sur la terrasse est un plus bien agréable.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et vous font visiter leur cave avec toutes les explications concernant leur métier et avec une dégustation à la fin. Merci pour cette visite :-)
Belle région et de jolis villages à visiter (Essoyes, Soulaines Dhuys, les lacs et forêt d'Orient...). Bref, de belles choses à découvrir.- Cleanliness

We had a lovely stay in this charming gite on a vineyard in the Champagne Region. Very well presented and comfortable place (the beds especially), the hosts were welcoming and attentive to our needs. Our only very small piece of constructive feedback was there were too few items of cutlery (we'd recommend 2 per person).

Hans Ruim en schoon huis
Het was een zeer fijn huis met lekker veel ruimte en netjes schoon. We hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad. In de omgeving moesten we wel zoeken naar activiteiten maar we hebben ons zeker vermaakt.
