L'Oustaou

On the heights of Bar sur Aube, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 10 km from the Nigloland theme park, come and stay in this 1930s-style house on a winegrowing estate. You'll enjoy breathtaking views over the forest and vineyards, in a quiet, leafy setting close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, supermarkets...).

First floor: spacious fitted kitchen opening onto a dining room, comfortable living room with flat-screen TV, double bedroom (2 90x200 beds that can be made into a double bed), shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet. 1st floor: landing with reading area, 2 bedrooms, each with 2 90x200 beds that can be made into double beds. Heating, electricity, air conditioning, towels and household linen are included in the price of your stay. Beds will be made up on arrival. Outside, you'll find parking, a 1000 m² plot to share with the owners, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The owner and winemaker will be delighted to show you around the estate and offer a wine tasting session. 2 electric bicycles are also available (rental: €50/day, €200/week, deposit €1300).
