In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient nature park, close to the Vélovoie bicycle path and just 25 minutes from Troyes, come and stay in this little cocooning house, ideal for couples, families or friends. A second gîte, just a few yards away, can accommodate up to 9 people, with the option of a shared garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: water sports, swimming, Nigloland. Forest, vélovoie, fishing on site. Electric car recharging point 300 m away and children's playground/fitness area 450 m away.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a sitting and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, an air-conditioned double bedroom (bed 160x200cm), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm). The master beams (height 160cm) have been highlighted to recall the cachet of the old buildings. Outside, a 400m² enclosed private garden (45cm low wall at front) with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, terrace, small garage for bikes, parking space for 2 cars/trailer. Loan of 2 classic bikes. Tandem (€10 / day) and 2 electric bikes (€20 / day / bike) for hire from the owners, subject to availability. Complimentary with every stay: bed linen, household linen (tea towels, placemats). In addition: bathroom linen (5 € / pers), end-of-stay cleaning (40 €) and heating/electricity (from October to April). Dogs accepted only (no cats).

5/5Une petite semaine dans un endroit tranquille et serein, gîte parfait pour se reposer et se relaxer, literie hyper confortable, un coin salon paisible, un jardin bien clôturé qui a ravi notre chien. Gîte bien situé entre divers villages typiques et activités autour des 3 lacs. Propriétaire chaleureux et à l'écoute des besoins. A recommander.

Propriétaire disponible et très sympa
Tout es mit en place pour passer un bon séjour et le gîte es tout équipé, et nous avons manquer de rien ... il es très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut à notre disposition
Pour l'extérieur aussi
Nous avons pu profiter des vélos à disposition pour ce baladé au bord du lac des Temples
