In the heart of the Forest d'Orient nature park, close to the Vélovoie bicycle path and just 25 minutes from the City of Troyes, come and stay in this cocooning little house, ideal for couples, families or friends. A second Holiday cottage, located just a few yards away, can accommodate up to 9 people, with the option of a shared garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: Water sports, Swimming, Nigloland. Forest, vélovoie, Fishing on site. Electric car recharging point 300m away and Kids playground/fitness area 450m away. TV with Disney + access
On the ground floor, you’ll find an air-conditioned living area with a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned double bedroom (160x200cm bed) and a twin bedroom (two 90x190cm beds). The exposed beams (160 cm high) have been highlighted to evoke the charm of older buildings. Outside, there is a private, enclosed garden of 400 m² (with a 45 cm low wall at the front of the property) featuring: garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, a barbecue, a terrace, a small garage for storing your bikes, and parking space for 2 vehicles or a trailer. Two standard bicycles are available free of charge, and two electric bicycles can be rented (€20/day/bike) on-site from the owners, subject to availability. Included for all stays: bed linens, household linens (dish towels, placemats). Additional charges: bath towels (€5/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€50), and electric heating (October through April). Dogs only allowed (no cats).

Lacoco Un séjour agréable au pays des lacs
Une location parfaite pour un couple avec ou sans enfant. Tout a été pensé par le propriétaire pour vous accueillir le mieux possible. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique et profité de la terrasse. Merci encore à Sébastien pour son accueil.

Timmy Tolle Unterkunft/ super hébergement
L’appartement était très propre, tout ce dont on a besoin était présent. Le propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement et restait disponible en cas de questions. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise dans l’appartement. L’endroit est très calme et le jardin agréable - parfait aussi pour notre chien.

Alexandra & family Séjour cosy et ressourçant
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le gîte des volets bleus ! Il est vraiment tout confort, très bien equipé et à la fois charmant. Le grand jardin avec les jouets pour les enfants (tracteur à pédales, toboggan, cheval à bascule) est un vrai plus.
Et pour les temps calmes, beaucoup de jeux de société adaptés à tous les âges. Autour il y a beaucoup de belles balades natures à faire en famille, et les baignades dans le Lac d’orient sont très agréables. Nous avons loué les vélos électriques en supplément et ne l’avons pas regretté, cela donne accès à de chouettes balades au bord du Lac et en forêt. Sébastien s’est montré très disponible et nous a donné pleins de supers recommandations. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !- Cleanliness
