In the heart of the Forest d'Orient nature park, close to the Vélovoie bicycle path and just 25 minutes from the City of Troyes, come and stay in this cocooning little house, ideal for couples, families or friends. A second Holiday cottage, located just a few yards away, can accommodate up to 9 people, with the option of a shared garden via a gate. Tourist attractions: Water sports, Swimming, Nigloland. Forest, vélovoie, Fishing on site. Electric car recharging point 300m away and Kids playground/fitness area 450m away. TV with Disney + access

On the ground floor, you’ll find an air-conditioned living area with a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned double bedroom (160x200cm bed) and a twin bedroom (two 90x190cm beds). The exposed beams (160 cm high) have been highlighted to evoke the charm of older buildings. Outside, there is a private, enclosed garden of 400 m² (with a 45 cm low wall at the front of the property) featuring: garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, a barbecue, a terrace, a small garage for storing your bikes, and parking space for 2 vehicles or a trailer. Two standard bicycles are available free of charge, and two electric bicycles can be rented (€20/day/bike) on-site from the owners, subject to availability. Included for all stays: bed linens, household linens (dish towels, placemats). Additional charges: bath towels (€5/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€50), and electric heating (October through April). Dogs only allowed (no cats).
