5 minutes from factory outlets, 10 minutes from Troyes, come and stay in this cottage ideal for vacations. Quiet and out of sight, you'll enjoy a private swimming pool with spa. In the commune, you'll find all amenities: supermarket, bakery, gas station, pizzeria, hairdresser, beautician, veterinary clinic, dentist... TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Troyes 7 km away, Champagne vineyards 20 km away, Chaource 20 minutes away, Nigloland 35 minutes away, lakes 20 minutes away...
On the first floor, you'll find a small, fully-equipped kitchenette, a living room with dining area, a sitting room with sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds at extra cost), flat-screen TV, DVD + DVD player, table soccer, library..., a spacious bathroom with corner bath, separate toilet. A spiral staircase leads up to the air-conditioned attic floor, where you'll find a double bedroom (bed 140x190) and a mezzanine sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x190). Outside, you'll enjoy deckchairs, a lounge by the swimming pool (uncovered, unheated, accessible free of charge in summer and comprising a small and a large pool), garden furniture with barbecue on a sheltered terrace, parking for a game of pétanque, bicycles available. Utilities included in the price of the stay (except for professional rentals - meter reading), beds made up on arrival and linen provided.

5/5Encore un séjour merveilleux passé dans ce gîte, très nostalgique d'être partie de ce lieux où nous sommes dépaysé à chaque fois. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur cadeaux pour nous comme pour nos animaux. Propriétaires très accueillant et chaleureux. Gîte au top!

Ontspannen vakantie in een origineelverblijf
5/5Een gastvrij welkom van de gastvrouw met verrassingen in de koelkast voor mens en onze hond. Het verblijf ligt in een rustige straat met heel veel privacy. Met Een geweldig zwembad wat goed onderhouden wordt. De vriendelijke gastvrouw doet haar best om je tips en adviezen te geven voor een prettig verblijf. Het verblijf is uitstekend geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen waar alles voor aanwezig is voor een prettig verblijf.

5/5C'est avec un réel plaisir que nous sommes revenus au Tiki Beach et retrouvé Syssy et Fred toujours aussi avenants et bienveillants. Il manquait juste quelques degrés de plus pour pouvoir bénéficier pleinement de la piscine
