Come and discover Le Refuge, nestled in the heart of Saint Julien Les Villas, a charming city break for 4 people. Located 200 meters from the factory outlet center Marques avenue Troyes, and just a stone's throw from all amenities (Intermarché 1 min away), 1 km from the vélovoie, you'll be able to explore the department at any time of year. You'll be charmed by downtown Troyes and the cocooning environment of this gîte. Perfectly enclosed grounds. Fast, dedicated charging facilities available for electric cars (€5/day).
On the first floor, you'll find a lovely, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a study area and board games, a separate toilet, and a large bathroom with shower and bath. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two 90x200 cm beds that can be moved closer together. Outside, there's a magnificent terrace with a pergola, and quality garden furniture. Everything you need for a wonderful, convivial stay. Pets welcome. All charges included, heating, electricity, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and household linen.

Virginie nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de convivialité et de gentillesse. Très souriante et prévenante, soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes, Virginie est rayonnante, chaleureuse et dynamique. Elle sait rester très discrète.
Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, fonctionnel et d’une propreté exemplaire. Bien qu’il soit sur un boulevard il est dans la nature et très bien isolé. La literie est de grande qualité. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour découvrir la région. Nous reviendrons.- Cleanliness

Anne A little gem close to Troyes centre
The Refuge is flooded with light and its pastel colour decoration gives it a coastal atmosphere. Although on a main avenue, once the electrical gate is closed, we find ourselves in a green and peaceful environment. The house is very comfortable with good quality beds, a well-stocked kitchen and a large bathroom.
Virginie was a wonderful host, making sure that we had everything needed for our stay and that our Christmas away from home was memorable. We’ll come back with pleasure.- Cleanliness
