Come and discover Le Refuge, nestled in the heart of Saint Julien Les Villas, a charming city break for 4 people. Located 200 meters from the factory outlet center Marques avenue Troyes, and just a stone's throw from all amenities (Intermarché 1 min away), 1 km from the vélovoie, you'll be able to explore the department at any time of year. You'll be charmed by downtown Troyes and the cocooning environment of this gîte. Perfectly enclosed grounds. Fast, dedicated charging facilities available for electric cars (€5/day).
On the first floor, you'll find a lovely, fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a study area and board games, a separate toilet, and a large bathroom with shower and bath. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two 90x200 cm beds that can be moved closer together. Outside, there's a magnificent terrace with a pergola, and quality garden furniture. Everything you need for a wonderful, convivial stay. Pets welcome. All charges included, heating, electricity, air conditioning, bed linen, towels and household linen.

Mymy Idéal pour visiter Troyes
La maison est joliment décorée et chauffe vite. Elle est très bien située pour visiter Troyes. Bien qu'elle se trouve au bord d'un boulevard, la vue sur un jardin voisin nous a fait oublier que nous étions en ville (un petit écureuil venait gambader près de la cuisine le matin.).
Accueil très sympathique.
Un petit bémol pour l'éclairage de la cuisine/salle à manger un peu froid.- Cleanliness

In het algemeen zeer goed, vriendelijke eigenaars, zeer proper huis, veel luxe. een minpuntje; het huis is gelegen aan een drukke steenweg, wel goed afgesloten een beetje achterin.

A lovely Gite, with everything we needed. Wonderful welcome from a super owner. Very well appointed and comfortable. Very helpful booklet provided to guide us through the property and appliances. The owner went the extra mile to provide assistance.
Well situated for easy access to Troyes and the surrounding area (easy bus service into town as well). Two bakeries and restaurants within easy walking distance and supermarkets close. Troyes is a fantastic city, with interesting museums, art galleries, cathedral, wonderful half timbered houses and brilliant restaurants.
