An exceptional setting

Le Moulin de Champagne nestles at the end of a cul-de-sac in the small village of Jully-sur-Sarce on the Champagne "Côte des Bar", not far from the Champagne vineyards and the small town of Bar-sur-Seine. Ripped out of time, you'll discover this imposing 1838 water mill, enthroned behind a meandering river. Nature is omnipresent around the gîte. The gîte has been set up in this old mill, which has been restored by the owner with great care and respect for traditional materials, in order to keep the soul and history of this old building intact. You'll appreciate the original pulleys on the ceiling of the large living room.

On the first level, you'll find a large living area with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa and chaise longue. Climb a few steps to discover the "Georgette" bedroom, with its breathtaking view of the river. This room has a double bed (140x190cm). On the other side, after a few steps, you'll find the miller's bedroom, with a double bed (180x200cm). A shower room and separate toilet complete the first level. Going down the hall stairs, you'll discover a bathroom with shower and bathtub, original in its view from the mill's arched window. A spacious laundry room completes this level. Upstairs, you'll be won over by the softness of the family room, with its 4 single beds (90x190cm). The beds will be ready for you on arrival.
