Le Moulin de Champagne nestles at the end of a cul-de-sac in the small village of Jully-sur-Sarce on the Champagne "Côte des Bar", not far from the Champagne vineyards and the small town of Bar-sur-Seine. Ripped out of time, you'll discover this imposing 1838 water mill, enthroned behind a meandering river. Nature is omnipresent around the gîte. The gîte has been set up in this old mill, which has been restored by the owner with great care and respect for traditional materials, in order to keep the soul and history of this old building intact. You'll appreciate the original pulleys on the ceiling of the large living room.
On the first level, you'll find a large living area with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa and chaise longue. Climb a few steps to discover the "Georgette" bedroom, with its breathtaking view of the river. This room has a double bed (140x190cm). On the other side, after a few steps, you'll find the miller's bedroom, with a double bed (180x200cm). A shower room and separate toilet complete the first level. Going down the hall stairs, you'll discover a bathroom with shower and bathtub, original in its view from the mill's arched window. A spacious laundry room completes this level. Upstairs, you'll be won over by the softness of the family room, with its 4 single beds (90x190cm). The beds will be ready for you on arrival.

Amateurs de vacances Excellent gite !
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans le magnifique gîte 'Le Moulin de Champagne'. Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement, avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse, et nous ont fourni de nombreuses informations utiles. Pendant notre séjour, ils se sont également montrés très serviables et disponibles. La maison est vraiment magnifique, très propre, bien entretenue et équipée de manière haut de gamme, l'environnement est calme et idyllique. La commune la plus proche, Bar-sur-Seine, est accessible en quelques minutes en voiture, et de nombreuses destinations touristiques (notamment Troyes, Chaource, le lac d'Orient) se trouvent dans les environs.

Amélie Écrin de verdure
Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances. Isabelle et Francis sont des hôtes sympathiques, à l’écoute et discrets. Le gîte est bien meublé avec tous les équipements nécessaires et idéalement situé dans un écrin de verdure propice à la détente, à la connexion à la nature et à la déconnexion. Hormis un ménage qui aurait pu être légèrement plus approfondi, tout était réuni pour un excellent séjour. Calme, repos, découverte de la région et des alentours ont rythmé nos vacances. Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir

Ulla & Jim Beautiful place to spend a week in France!
We spent a week in 'Le Moulin' this July with our two adult children. It is a very beautiful and comfortable house, located in quiet surroundings by a stream at the end of a cul de sac in a small village. The building is an old water mill which has been lovingly renovated, preserving some of the old fixings. The house was comfortable, stylishly decorated, well stocked and clean with a lovely outdoor area with bbq and tables, which we enjoyed a lot. The owners live just up the road and are very helpful and welcoming. We would really recommend it for a family holiday in rural France.

Christina Entspannter Urlaub
Wir haben 12 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung möchte, ist hier richtig.
Im Ort ist eine Fleischfabrik mit Werkverkauf, sehr zu empfehlen. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 7 km entfernt.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selbst bei unserer Reifenpanne hat uns der Besitzer geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Hubert Week-end prolongé
Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé. Les propriétaires ont été arrangeants sur les horaires d’arrivée puis de départ. La pièce de vie était spacieuse et confortable pour 8: deux familles dont 4 enfants. Les deux chambres doubles sont propres et jolies. Seul bémol : un des lits double est en 140cm. Espace extérieur très bien également avec un bbq parfait pour y préparer les andouillettes du coin. Merci!

Olivier Très beau gîte, à faire.
Très beau gîte, Ancien moulin parfaitement rénové et fonctionnel, de plus très bien équipé, ce qui n'est pas le cas de tous les gîtes. Celui-ci est réellement au calme. Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont réservé un très bel accueil et qui sont attentifs à leurs hôtes!
