On the Route des Eglises classées, halfway between the Lacs d'Orient and Lac du Der, come and stay in this gite adjoining another gite on the first floor of a large house. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, beds will be made up on arrival, and heating and electricity charges will be included in the price. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: airfield (5 km from Brienne), various activities around the lake (water sports, accrobranche, casino, etc.).

Upstairs, you'll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a sitting/dining room with a sofa bed (possibility of 2 extra beds at an additional cost of €10/night), a spacious double bedroom (2 beds 90x190, which can be offered as a double bed or separate beds), and a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). On the first floor, you'll find a common room with a laundry area and a relaxing lounge with board games and tourist brochures. Outside, you'll enjoy parking, a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue) and an enclosed garden to share. A gym dedicated to the gites is available free of charge, as is a wellness area with sauna/hammam/jacuzzi/tea corner/sanitary facilities (supplement €60 for a 1h30 session). You'll also have access to a swimming pool shared by all 3 gîtes (3.70m x 10.50m) from July to September. Communal function room nearby.
