In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes and at the gateway to the Yonne, this single-storey accommodation is a former professional building (administrative offices) converted and renovated into a gîte. Nestled in the small hamlet of "Les Robins", you'll appreciate the calm of this place and the unobstructed view over the surrounding countryside, while benefiting from all amenities just a few minutes from the gîte.
You'll find a living room with sofas and flat-screen TV, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture. The sleeping area comprises 4 double bedrooms (1 bed 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190) and a master suite with double bed (1 bed 140x190) and private bathroom (shower + washbasin + wc). A second bathroom with shower and washbasin and 2 separate WCs with washbasins complete the sanitary facilities. Outside, you'll have access to a courtyard used as a parking area and an unfenced grassed area. Beds made on arrival, housekeeping included, heating and electricity included from mid-April to end-September. From 01/10 to 15/04, heating supplement 10 € / day.

Alors maison en zone blanche donc pas trop de reseau mais tres beau cadre agreable a vivre fonctionnel spacieux super quand y a des enfants proprietaire agreable disponible et a l ecoute nous avons apprecie notre sejour

Gîte conforme à la description même si les photos étaient flatteuses et même si nous ne pensions pas être collé à l'ancien atelier.
La terrasse était petite et à côté de la bouche d'aération de l'égout.
Les panneaux solaires et l'armoire électrique à proximité de la terrasse très bruyants.
Terrain en pente pas très exploitable par les enfants

hoper Excelent acceuil mais matérielement dépassé
Les propriétaires sont adorables (si vous voulez les contacter, surtout faites le par téléphone ! Ils ne reçoivent pas forcement les messages envoyés sur l'application...)
Quelques remarques :
- Il y a une chambre de plus que ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif en ligne (mais aucune chambre avec 3 lits).
- Certains couchages sont très dur.
- Pour d'autres les matelas, vraiment fatigués, nous font dormir "dans un trou".
- L'accès Internet (ADSL probablement TRES loin du DSLAM) offre un débit ultra faible, de même que les accès 4G (En fonction des téléphones et des opérateurs vous pourriez ne pas du tout avoir de réseau...)
- L'endroit est vraiment isolé à l'exception d'une boulangerie toute proche (excellentes viennoiseries :)Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil. Les deux grandes tables du lieu nous ont permis de faire ce pour quoi nous étions venus (jeux de sociétés entre amis).
