In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes and at the gateway to the Yonne, this single-storey accommodation is a former professional building (administrative offices) converted and renovated into a gîte. Nestled in the small hamlet of "Les Robins", you'll appreciate the calm of this place and the unobstructed view over the surrounding countryside, while benefiting from all amenities just a few minutes from the gîte.

You'll find a living room with sofas and flat-screen TV, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture. The sleeping area comprises 4 double bedrooms (1 bed 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190) and a master suite with double bed (1 bed 140x190) and private bathroom (shower + washbasin + wc). A second bathroom with shower and washbasin and 2 separate WCs with washbasins complete the sanitary facilities. Outside, you'll have access to a courtyard used as a parking area and an unfenced grassed area. Beds made on arrival, housekeeping included, heating and electricity included from mid-April to end-September. From 01/10 to 15/04, heating supplement 10 € / day.
