In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 1h30 from Paris, 50 km from Chablis and Auxerre, 35 km from Troyes, come and recharge your batteries in a peaceful, natural setting. At the foot of the gite, you'll find footpaths and GR trails just 200 m away.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area opening onto a covered terrace with a breathtaking view over fields and forest, where you may spot a few deer. You'll also find a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a bathroom (double washbasin, walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine (accessible via a miller's ladder), you'll find a sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200) and a desk. In the basement, you'll have access to a laundry room for storing equipment (2 bikes are available free of charge). Outside, the terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The unenclosed outdoor spaces offer a complete change of scenery. Beds are made up on arrival, and heating, electricity, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.

    Une oasis de verdure parfaitement équipée

    Ce gîte est parfaitement équipé -rien ne manque- et doté d'une connexion Wifi compatible avec le télétravail. C'est le propriétaire qui l'a construit lui-même avec un savoir-faire bluffant. Ambiance bois intérieure et extérieure, avec 1 lit double en chambre du rdv et 2 lits simples sur la mezzanine. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Grande terrasse orientée S-O, permettant de profiter chaque soir d'un magnifique coucher de soleil sur les champs environnants. Situé à l'orée du village de Vaujurennes, il n'y a pas de voisinage direct, hors les champs et les forêts, assurant ainsi une pleine intimité. La ville est à 5 Km et dispose de 2 bornes de 24 Kw pour VE. De très nombreux oiseaux nichent à proximité, tandis que l'on n'entend aucune voiture. Les photos illustrant l'annonce sont parfaitement réalistes, mais j'aurais aimé pouvoir en laisser une ou deux supplémentaires avec mon avis. A recommander.
