In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 1h30 from Paris, 50 km from Chablis and Auxerre, 35 km from Troyes, come and recharge your batteries in a peaceful, natural setting. At the foot of the gite, you'll find footpaths and GR trails just 200 m away.

On the first floor, you'll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area opening onto a covered terrace with a breathtaking view over fields and forest, where you may spot a few deer. You'll also find a double bedroom (bed 160x200), a bathroom (double washbasin, walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine (accessible via a miller's ladder), you'll find a sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x200) and a desk. In the basement, you'll have access to a laundry room for storing equipment (2 bikes are available free of charge). Outside, the terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The unenclosed outdoor spaces offer a complete change of scenery. Beds are made up on arrival, and heating, electricity, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
