Le Bivouac

Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, Le Bivouac is a single-storey gite adjoining the owners' holiday home, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and a guaranteed change of scenery. The view over Lac d'Orient and the immediate proximity to the beach will be a real asset. Beach 500 m away, 28 km velovoie at the foot of the gîte, possibility of other bike tours, bike, trotinnette and paddles rentals, fishing equipment and mini golf on site, restaurant on the beach.

The gîte features a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied), lounge, dining area, bar and direct access to the terrace and garden. At night: a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with patio/terrace (deckchair + garden furniture), a twin bedroom with 2 90x200 beds. There's also a bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin, and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a wooden terrace, a private courtyard and garden with attractive landscaping. Enclosed, secure parking. From June to September, you'll enjoy an indoor swimming pool shared with the owner (16m x 5 m), heated to 28 degrees (access from 9am to 9pm) with aquabike, counter-current swimming and an outdoor spa (extra charge of 75€ for the stay). Heating, electricity, wood and air conditioning are included in the price. Beds will be made up on arrival, and towels and household linen are included.
