A l'Aube des Lacs is a detached single-storey house with garden, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of PINEY, where you'll find all amenities (bar, tabac, restaurants, mini-market, pharmacy, doctors, bank, bakery, playground, soccer pitch). This gîte is ideally situated in the middle of the 3 lakes and the Forêt d'Orient. Plenty of activities for the whole family in the surrounding area (forest walks, swimming, sandy beach with picnic area/outdoor games, restaurants, pedal boats, water sports (jet skis, no-license boats), golf, fishing, accrobranche, parachute jumping, numerous cycle paths around the lakes. Nigloland is a 30-minute drive away. Factory outlets 17 minutes away by car. The pretty, charming, timber-framed town center of TROYES is 25 minutes away. Also cellar visits, Napoleon museum, educational farm...
This gîte offers a spacious living room of over 50m², comprising a dining area, lounge and fully-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (1 bed 140x190 cm), one twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190 cm), shower room and separate toilet. Adjoining garage for one car. A 600 m² plot of land, with a slide for the little ones, will enhance your stay. Electricity (21° heating recommended) is included in the price. A recharging point for electric vehicles is located in the village center (near the market hall).

5/5Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte très propre, bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour une famille avec un bébé et l'entourage est très calme

Séjour nature très agréable
5/5Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte joliment aménagé, confortable et à la propreté impeccable. La communication a été facile et sympathique avec la propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié la situation au calme du gîte, qui est en même temps très bien placé pour visiter la région : proche de Troyes, des lacs, de la forêt D'Orient... A recommander !

5/5Maison moderne et très bien aménagée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut.
Environnement très très calme. Il manque quelques plantations ou fleurs sur les extérieurs.
Propriétaire très sympathique.
Quelques belles maisons dans le centre ville avec une magnifique halle. Proxy qui dépanne sinon supermarché à Brienne le Château ou Bar sur Seine ou Troyes.
Il ne faut pas manquer de voir les églises à pans de bois. Le château de Vaux est sympa à visiter.
Forêt et plage aménagée à une dizaine de kms.
