In the heart of the Champagne Vineyard, 20 minutes from factory outlets, 30 minutes from Troyes, come and stay at "L'Atelier du Moulin", a detached house that has retained the soul of an old artist's studio. Renovation and decoration have been carried out with great taste, blending old materials (stone, wood, original glass roof) with trendy decorative objects. The Holiday cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet, leafy setting with an arm of the river (not secured), a haven of peace where guests can relax and recharge their batteries. For horse riders, the owners can accommodate horses (see owners for conditions), and for fishing enthusiasts, there's a 1st category river on site.

On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, twin bedroom (2 beds 80x200 which can be converted into a double bed), separate toilet, shower room (shower + basin). Upstairs, you'll find a relaxation area on the mezzanine allowing 2 people to sleep (supplement €20/night/person), a master suite comprising a Bed 90x190 and a Bed 160x200 with private bathroom (WC, large shower, basin). Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace, garden furniture and an unenclosed wooded park surrounded by the river and millstream. Free pétanque court. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen supplied, heating and electricity extra (meter reading - 8 Kw offered per day), a wheelbarrow of wood for the stove will be provided.

    Vacances reposantes

    Très belles vacances passées dans un cadre exceptionnel. Jardin agréable, maison magnifiquement restaurée, avec beaucoup d'espace et confortable. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un très agréable séjour. Lieu tranquille qui invite à la détente et au repos. La région nous a offert plusieurs découvertes intéressantes. Le contact avec les propriétaires étaient agréables et faciles. Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu pour un temps de villégiature reposant.

    Tres belle maison dans une tres belle region.

    Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse. Endroit magnifique et paisible, en pleine nature. Belle maison spacieuse et confortable. Très propre. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de restaurants ni de terrasses agréables dans les environs.
    La route du champagne est merveilleuse. Le lac chez Geraudot aussi.

    We hebben een fantastische vakantie beleefd in l'Atelier du Moulin. Alles was naar wens.
    Enig minpuntje dat zou verbeterd kunnen worden: Nergens was er een kast waarin je kleren kon ophangen.

    Schöner Urlaub

    Wir hatten erholsame Ferien. Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort.

    Wenn man Ruhe und Natur möchte, ist man hier absolut richtig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

    In der ersten Woche war es sehr kalt, so dass wir ausschließlich mit Holz geheizt haben, das Holz musste man sich im Schuppen mit der Schubkarre holen, war aber kein Problem. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir Wetter wie im Hochsommer, da war es nicht nötig zu heizen.

    Ansonsten gibt es viele Vögel, Eidechsen, Eichhörnchen, Hühner, etc. und ganz viel Ruhe, direkt am Bach gelegen.

    Wir kommen wieder!
