L'Atelier du Moulin

In the heart of the Champagne Vineyard, 20 minutes from factory outlets, 30 minutes from Troyes, come and stay at "L'Atelier du Moulin", a detached house that has retained the soul of an old artist's studio. Renovation and decoration have been carried out with great taste, blending old materials (stone, wood, original glass roof) with trendy decorative objects. The Holiday cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet, leafy setting with an arm of the river (not secured), a haven of peace where guests can relax and recharge their batteries. For horse riders, the owners can accommodate horses (see owners for conditions), and for fishing enthusiasts, there's a 1st category river on site.

On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, twin bedroom (2 beds 80x200 which can be converted into a double bed), separate toilet, shower room (shower + basin). Upstairs, you'll find a relaxation area on the mezzanine allowing 2 people to sleep (supplement €20/night/person), a master suite comprising a Bed 90x190 and a Bed 160x200 with private bathroom (WC, large shower, basin). Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace, garden furniture and an unenclosed wooded park surrounded by the river and millstream. Free pétanque court. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen supplied, heating and electricity extra (meter reading - 8 Kw offered per day), a wheelbarrow of wood for the stove will be provided.
