In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Nature Park, at the foot of the Mesnil Saint Père lake and harbor, 25 minutes from Troyes, come and discover this bright, single-storey house, decorated in soft, natural tones. You'll appreciate the calm of the neighborhood, as the gite is located in a cul-de-sac, but you'll also be close to restaurants and a bakery.
You'll find a living room with dining area, sitting room with TV, fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, shower room (extra-flat shower tray + washbasin), separate toilet. On the night side, you'll find 3 double bedrooms (beds 140x190). Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with terrace (garden furniture/barbecue/parasol) and deckchairs, as well as a vast courtyard providing parking for several vehicles and trailers for your boats. Heating and electricity are included in the price. Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra.

L’endroit est propre et c’est très appréciable.
La maison est bien équipée et décorée avec goûts.
Elle est lumineuse même en hiver et bien chauffée.
Les propriétaires ont même pensé à mettre un sapin.
De multiples balades sont possibles à proximité y compris à pied.

Kyo Very comfortable with a great garden for our dog
Notre chien a adorer le jardin clos et les randonner a partir du gite. The cottage was very comfortable, and the location excellent for us.
Just a small negative point: We missed somewhere for wet coats and wet/muddy shoes/boots (we didn't want to put them in the lovely cupboard by the front door).
We would certainly consider returning.

Christel Le jardin d'Olga
The Jardin d'Olga is a nice place to stay in the region of Le Lac d'Orient. The owner is very helpfull and offers all help needed, even a dogsitter if a family wants to go the Nigloland.
The house is well organised and equiped so everyone feels welcome from a baby (bed, bath, toilet), children (games) to a dog. Thought about small details as a chapagne stopper to a tool to get the poo of the dog into the bin.
For people who need a lot of space in their bed they need to know that the size is reather small as well in lenght as in width and for those who'd like to sleep on a soft matress it's rather a harder one.
This house nearby the Lac and forest and the Champagne region will offer all ages enough to do and a great holliday.- Cleanliness

Teddy Confort et sérénité
La location correspondait parfaitement à notre attente; endroit au calme, situé au top pour les activités sportives (vélo, plage, activités nautiques ..etc ).
Location idéale pour se ressourcer et profiter de l'environnement. Propriété sécurisée (clôturée et arborée),impeccablement tenue et équipée, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Beaucoup de petites attentions rendent le séjour particulièrement agréable.
