In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Nature Park, at the foot of the Mesnil Saint Père lake and harbor, 25 minutes from Troyes, come and discover this bright, single-storey house, decorated in soft, natural tones. You'll appreciate the calm of the neighborhood, as the gite is located in a cul-de-sac, but you'll also be close to restaurants and a bakery.

You'll find a living room with dining area, sitting room with TV, fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, shower room (extra-flat shower tray + washbasin), separate toilet. On the night side, you'll find 3 double bedrooms (beds 140x190). Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with terrace (garden furniture/barbecue/parasol) and deckchairs, as well as a vast courtyard providing parking for several vehicles and trailers for your boats. Heating and electricity are included in the price. Linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra.
