In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 25 minutes from Troyes, you'll be charmed by this small single-storey Semi-detached house. Ideal for a couple with a baby or for colleagues, you'll enjoy independent access, parking and private outdoor spaces. The discreet owners will let you enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside.
At your disposal: a living room with sitting area and dining area, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) that can be made into a large double bed (180x190), a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Outside, a private terrace and courtyard with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, plancha, chiliennes and parasol. You'll also have access to an unfenced grassed area. Beds made on arrival, linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity included. Pets allowed (€7/pet/day).

Dorothea Relaxing area
We came for rest,, that's what you find.
An warm welcome, nice people, they do not interfere but stay close by for help.
Closest restaurant 1,5 km only for lunch. Otherwise good restaurants in 15 minutes.
Closest by only beautiful nature.
Troyes is a beautiful city 20 minutes drive.
If you're looking for walk to village to sit on terras, look further, Closest by in Chaource a small village, with a couple of restaurants.
If you don't bother to drive a couple of minutes and want peace and rest..then this is lovely.I do recommend, it was very very hot so a swimmingpool would been lovely.
But the garden and a riverspot where we also swam, was o good alternative.
The owner knows a lot of kind spots, he knows the area very well!- Cleanliness
