In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 25 minutes from Troyes, you'll be charmed by this small single-storey Semi-detached house. Ideal for a couple with a baby or for colleagues, you'll enjoy independent access, parking and private outdoor spaces. The discreet owners will let you enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside.
At your disposal: a living room with sitting area and dining area, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) that can be made into a large double bed (180x190), a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Outside, a private terrace and courtyard with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, plancha, chiliennes and parasol. You'll also have access to an unfenced grassed area. Beds made on arrival, linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity included. Pets allowed (€7/pet/day).

PKE Gîte très agréable
Gîte très agréable en ce mois de novembre, sain, sans humidité, chauffé. Belle rénovation et décoration. Parfaitement équipé. Au calme pour passer de bonnes nuits.
Environnement agréable avec accès à pied aux chemins et à la forêt.

DM63 Un gîte parfait !
Un gîte parfait ! Un espace très bien pensé et très bien aménagé, très calme et agréable à habiter. Situé en Champagne à une demi-heure de Troie et à proximité de la Bourgogne, le gîte est un excellent point de départ pour de nombreuses visites et pour la découverte de la région. L'accueil du propriétaire est extrêmement cordial et ses conseils pour visiter les environs sont particulièrement utiles. Merci pour tout. Je recommande chaleureusement le gîte de Jeugny.

Des hôtes charmants, toujours souriants et aux petits soins ; un appartement très cocooning, très bien équipé, propreté irréprochable ; une tranquillité à toute épreuve ; et la nature à portée...de pieds... ! C'était un séjour très ressourçant pour celui qui a besoin de calme, pour une région discrète mais néanmoins avec tant de choses à voir...Merci à Damien, Sandrine, leur fille, et même leurs chats, tout ce petit monde vous accueille avec tant de gentillesse et de disponibilité !
