Ideal for a couple with a baby or for colleagues, you'll enjoy independent access, parking and private outdoor spaces. The discreet owners will let you enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside.
At your disposal: a living room with sitting area and dining area, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) that can be made into a large double bed (180x190), a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Outside, a private terrace and courtyard with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, plancha, chiliennes and parasol. You'll also have access to an unfenced grassed area. Beds made on arrival, linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity included. Pets allowed (€7/pet/day).

Eric Un gîte chaleureux
Tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien immédiatement dans ce gîte chaleureux, à l’image de l’accueil de Damien et Sandrine, les propriétaires.
Très propre, fonctionnel et confortable, le gîte est agencé avec beaucoup de goût.
Tout cela rend le séjour très agréable et la ville de Troyes à proximité rajoute au charme de la semaine écoulée.

mvdmark Sympa et moderne
Le propriétaire était très sympa. L'appartement est très bien soigné et très moderne. Question de goût. La seule chose qu'on n'a pas trop apprécié, c'etait la haute table à manger. Nous préferons des chaises normales, et une table de hauteur normal. En plus, c'est dommage qu'il faut s'asseoir l'un à coté de l'autre, et non pas vis-a-vis. A l'autre coté de la table il y a des tiroirs, donc on n'a pas de choix.

Erable Un plain pied chaleureux.
Excellent séjour à La Louvière. Au calme, avec de l'espace et très bien accueillis, cette longère confortable et bien équipée constituait la halte idéale après nos riches journées passées à découvrir les environs.
