15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 on the A5 motorway. Holiday cottage with all comforts, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a cereal farm. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne Vineyard 3 km away, wooded footpaths leading from the gîte.

Ground floor: living room, open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed), bathroom with shower and toilet (walk-in shower), pantry. Upstairs: mezzanine lounge, one bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, toilet. Enclosed terrace with access to the garden and lawn. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available for your use. This holiday cottage is suitable for people with disabilities when accompanied by an assistant. Sheets are an additional charge: €10/bed; bath towels: €5/person; end-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay.
