15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 on the A5 motorway. Holiday cottage with all comforts, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a cereal farm. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne Vineyard 3 km away, wooded footpaths leading from the gîte.

First floor: living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double), shower room/wc (Italian shower), storeroom. First floor: mezzanine lounge, bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, wc. Enclosed terrace and access to lawned garden. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available. This Holiday cottage is suitable for disabled guests. Additional bed linen: 10€/bed, towels: 5€/person, end-of-stay cleaning: 70€/stay. (Additional charges: electricity (including heating: 30€/week from 01/10 to 30/04). For business stays: 3 people maximum / bed linen and cleaning compulsory.

Excellent séjour

C'est toujours avec plaisir que nous revenons au gîte des Chartreux. Depuis 12 ans que nous venons une ou plusieurs fois par an, c'est toujours parfait. Au plaisir de se revoir si la santé le permet, car l'âge aussi avance. Merci encore pour les séjours passés au gîte.
