15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 on the A5 motorway. Comfortable gîte, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a cereal farm.
First floor: living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double), shower room/wc (Italian shower), storeroom. First floor: mezzanine recreation room, bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, wc. Enclosed terrace and access to lawned garden. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available. This gîte is suitable for accompanied disabled guests. Additional charges: electricity (including heating: €30/week from 01/10 to 30/04). For business stays: 3 people maximum / bed linen and cleaning required. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne vineyards 3 km away, marked wooded trails starting from the gîte.

Lovely gite and location
5/5We had a lovely stay here - the gite is well positioned for visiting surrounding towns particularly Troyes and Sens and is only 3-4 hours easy drive from Calais. The gite was clean and tidy and well equipped. The owners were really friendly and helpful at all times and gave us a warm welcome with some cider and apple juice! Highly recommend.

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Ferme des Chartreux. Confortable, bien équipé et très calme, cette parenthèse d'une semaine n'a pas été de trop pour visiter Troyes qui nous a surprise par la richesse de son patrimoine. Une excellente adresse à partager.
