15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 on the A5 motorway. Holiday cottage with all comforts, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a cereal farm. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne Vineyard 3 km away, wooded footpaths leading from the gîte.
First floor: living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double), shower room/wc (Italian shower), storeroom. First floor: mezzanine lounge, bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, wc. Enclosed terrace and access to lawned garden. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available. This Holiday cottage is suitable for disabled guests. Additional bed linen: 10€/bed, towels: 5€/person, end-of-stay cleaning: 70€/stay. (Additional charges: electricity (including heating: 30€/week from 01/10 to 30/04). For business stays: 3 people maximum / bed linen and cleaning compulsory.

Un super séjour pour notre famille.
Le gîte était parfait: les lits très confortables, une cuisine spacieuse pour préparer nos repas et des espaces extérieurs au soleil pour profiter des soirées. La vue sur le champs et le couché du soleil était magnifique!
Les hôtes sont très accueillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils sur la région.

Jane P Lovely gite and location
We had a lovely stay here - the gite is well positioned for visiting surrounding towns particularly Troyes and Sens and is only 3-4 hours easy drive from Calais. The gite was clean and tidy and well equipped. The owners were really friendly and helpful at all times and gave us a warm welcome with some cider and apple juice! Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Ferme des Chartreux. Confortable, bien équipé et très calme, cette parenthèse d'une semaine n'a pas été de trop pour visiter Troyes qui nous a surprise par la richesse de son patrimoine. Une excellente adresse à partager.
