15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 on the A5 motorway. Holiday cottage with all comforts, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a cereal farm. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne Vineyard 3 km away, wooded footpaths leading from the gîte.

Ground floor: living room, open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed), bathroom with shower and toilet (walk-in shower), pantry. Upstairs: mezzanine lounge, one bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom, toilet. Enclosed terrace with access to the garden and lawn. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available for your use. This holiday cottage is suitable for people with disabilities when accompanied by an assistant. Sheets are an additional charge: €10/bed; bath towels: €5/person; end-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay. For business stays: maximum 3 people; sheets and cleaning are mandatory.

Au calme, à la campagne, à 10 mn de Troyes

Excellent séjour au calme dans cette ferme céréalière du 17ème. Un accueil chaleureux permet d'avoir toutes les bonnes adresses où trouver le meilleur des andouillettes ou du champagne. Troyes est à 10 minutes pour profiter de la ville historique: maisons à colombage, terrasses, musée du vitrail ....
