15 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 on the A5 motorway. Comfortable gîte, separate from the owners' house, located in the heart of a cereal farm.
First floor: living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double), shower room/wc (Italian shower), storeroom. First floor: mezzanine recreation room, bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, wc. Enclosed terrace and access to lawned garden. A ping-pong table and pétanque balls are available. This gîte is suitable for accompanied disabled guests. Additional charges: electricity (including heating: €30/week from 01/10 to 30/04). For business stays: 3 people maximum / bed linen and cleaning required. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Champagne vineyards 3 km away, marked wooded trails starting from the gîte.

Excellent séjour
5/5C'est toujours avec plaisir que nous revenons au gîte des Chartreux. Depuis 12 ans que nous venons une ou plusieurs fois par an, c'est toujours parfait. Au plaisir de se revoir si la santé le permet, car l'âge aussi avance. Merci encore pour les séjours passés au gîte.

Super gîte
5/5Un super séjour pour notre famille.
Le gîte était parfait: les lits très confortables, une cuisine spacieuse pour préparer nos repas et des espaces extérieurs au soleil pour profiter des soirées. La vue sur le champs et le couché du soleil était magnifique!
Les hôtes sont très accueillants et nous ont donné de bons conseils sur la région.
