23 km west of Troyes, N60 towards Sens. Guest house located on a trout farm, cradled by the flow of the Vanne river. Three single-storey guest rooms in a Champagne-style timber-framed barn designed by architect Jean-Louis VALENTIN, and two rooms upstairs in a character house, all set in a lush, flower-filled setting.
