Just 30 minutes from Troyes, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards and at the foot of the Côte des Bar hills, you'll be warmly welcomed at this Holiday cottage ideally located in the center of Bar-sur-Seine, adjoining the owner's store and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. This two-storey City house (with no outdoor space) offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere full of personality, perfect for a stay with family or friends (up to 8 people), or for a getaway in the heart of the Aube region. You'll love the unique, inspired decor, carefully thought out by the owner. Each room has been furnished and decorated with antique objects, authentic finds that give the place an atmosphere as warm as it is original. Here, every detail has a story, every nook and cranny a charm.

On the first floor, you'll find a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with TV, library and Kids' games. 1st floor: 2 comfortable, cosy double bedrooms, bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet). 2nd floor: family room with 2 single beds and 2 Bunk beds, dressing room, shower room (shower, washbasin, wc). Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied, end-of-stay cleaning and electricity included. Free street parking at the foot of the Holiday cottage. Arrival possible between 4pm and 7pm, departure before 11am.
