In a hamlet in the village of Bastelicaccia, 48 m² apartment, located on the first floor of the owners' house and close to another apartment occupied all year round, it is composed as follows:

- 1 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed
- Bathroom / WC
- 24 m² terrace enclosed by a fence
- Piscine shared with the owners and tenants of the adjoining accommodation (size: 8x4 m, depth: 1.6 m), open throughout the rental period, accessible only from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 8pm, secured by a gate and roller shutter (use of the swimming pool is subject to internal regulations, provided by the owner on site). Access to the swimming pool is authorized only to persons specified in the rental contract.

Excellent séjour dans un gîte calme, superbe vue, très bien équipe, très propre, le plus de la piscine a été fortement apprécié vue les températures caniculaires que nous avons eu.

Chacha Formidable
Logement très fonctionnel et très propre, à quelques kilomètres d’Ajaccio, loin du bruit et de l’agitation, au grand calme.
Vue splendide sur la baie d’Ajaccio.
Le propriétaire Raymond est très agréable tout en restant discret, une belle rencontre.
