In a hamlet in the village of Bastelicaccia, 48 m² apartment, located on the first floor of the owners' house and close to another apartment occupied all year round, it is composed as follows:
- Living room / Kitchen with BZ sofa bed (160x200cm)
- 1 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed
- Bathroom / WC
- 24 m² terrace enclosed by a fence
- Piscine shared with the owners and tenants of the adjoining accommodation (size: 8x4 m, depth: 1.6 m), open throughout the rental period, accessible only from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 8pm, secured by a gate and roller shutter (use of the swimming pool is subject to internal regulations, provided by the owner on site). Access to the swimming pool is authorized only to persons specified in the rental contract.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre superbe. Le logement confortable et la piscine avec vue sur la baie d’Ajaccio sont des atouts indéniables. Cyril & Lucile Dépaysant et reposant !!!
Pour notre 1er séjour en Corse, nous en garderons un souvenir mémorable.
Le gîte est idéalement situé pour découvrir Ajaccio et ses environs ; des plages magnifiques aux villages typiques, sans oublier les sentiers de randonnées dont certains offrent une vue imprenable sur le Golfe.
Celui-ci est également très calme, confortable, propre, bien équipé ; bref tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour y passer un agréable séjour en couple ou en famille (sans oublier la piscine qui est vraiment un +++). De plus, possibilité de garer son véhicule en toute sécurité au sein de la propriété.
Enfin, nous tenons à remercier Raymond pour son accueil chaleureux, son cadeau de bienvenue avec les produits de la région ainsi que sa bienveillance et ses précieux conseils en matière de visites ou randonnées à effectuer.
Vous pouvez donc rendre visite à Raymond les yeux fermés :-)
