In the Countryside, 41 m² apartment on the first floor of the owners' villa, next to Holiday cottage 25631, in an enclosed property. It comprises

- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm bed and adjoining open-plan shower room/WC
Access to the property is via a downhill concrete track some fifteen meters long.
Access to the apartment is via a staircase leading down the side of the house, then a small staircase leading up to the terrace.
- 50m² terrace shared with Holiday cottage 25631, which can be separated by a roller blind.
- Staircase garden of 500m² shared with the other gîte and the owners.
- Sports hall shared with Holiday cottage 25631: bike, elliptical trainer, weight bench, pull-up bar... and Bluetooth speaker.

Nous avons passé un super séjour !
Le coin est superbe avec toutes les balades à proximité dans l’alta rocca
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires
Le logement est refait à neuf et très très agréable avec belle terrasse qui a une vue magnifique, la chambre et la literie sont de grande qualité,

Marie un endroit charmant
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la beauté, le confort ainsi que la tranquilité de ce gîte . C'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes, mais aussi pour partir à la découverte de cette belle région . Sainte Lucie est un charmant village . L'accueil s'est révélé de qualité, François est un hôte sympathique et disponible . Bref, tout était parfait . A recommander vivement !

Un gite confortable avec une vue superbe, un vrai cocon de douceur.
Super séjour et bien situé pour graviter autour et découvrir le sud de la Corse.
En venant du village bien suivre le conseil du propriétaire pour y entrer en voiture : aller faire demi-tour 200 m plus loin pour être dans le bon sens.- Cleanliness

dosom Singularly bautiful view, perfect location
We have hugely enjoyed our stay with François in St Lucie, he was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was perfect for a couple, a generous kitchen/livingroom and a very nice bedroom with a modern bathroom (no door but behind a wall). The apartment was clean and well-lit, and the terrace had the best possible view, a picture postcard photo opportunity in any weather, any time of day.
St Lucie, around 10 mins by foot below the apartment is a lovely village with lots to see, and is is perfectly situated between the cities and the beaches in the west (Proprianu, Ajaccio, but also Bonifacio in the south), and the Col de Bavella with its many hiking routes to the east.

Mimi Séjour d'une semaine
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gîte, l'ensemble était très bien.
Il y a juste quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés, de mettre à disposition un économe, un couteau (couper des légumes...), une vraie planche à découper et ce serait parfait.
Le réfrigérateur semble donner des signes de faiblesse, malgré une demande réalisé sans avoir eu de réponse de la part du propriétaire.- Cleanliness

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour dans notre gîte.
Nous prenons bonne note de vos suggestions concernant les ustensiles de cuisine : un économe, un couteau adapté et une planche à découper seront ajoutés le cas échéant. Concernant le réfrigérateur, celui-ci fonctionne correctement ; comme tout appareil, il peut avoir tendance à congeler lorsqu'il est réglé au maximum et trop rempli.
Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour en Corse. -

Avec un retard de bateau, nous avons été accueilli à une heure tardive avec bienveillance, logement très propre et très bien équipé, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, le coucher de soleil est à voir absolument ! Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans le village, (bar, restaurant, boulangerie, épicerie, station essence etc),une belle ambiance au moulin à huile et au bar vin !
