In the Countryside, 41 m² apartment on the first floor of the owners' villa, next to Holiday cottage 25631, in an enclosed property. It comprises
- Living room/kitchen
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm bed and adjoining open-plan shower room/WC

Access to the property is via a downhill concrete track some fifteen meters long.
Access to the apartment is via a staircase leading down the side of the house, then a small staircase leading up to the terrace.

- 50m² terrace shared with Holiday cottage 25631, which can be separated by a roller blind.
- Staircase garden of 500m² shared with the other gîte and the owners.
- Sports hall shared with Holiday cottage 25631: bike, elliptical trainer, weight bench, pull-up bar... and Bluetooth speaker.

    Très bon séjour

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement en bordure d'un village typique.
    A noter, si vous avez un véhicule électrique, un chargeur (22kW) est disponible à 500m du gite.

    Tres bel endroit, superbe vue...
    Super gîtes, nouvel literie très confortable, très belle douche à l'italienne et cuisine très pratique comme à la maison, four, lave-vaisselle....ect

    Petits points à améliorer :
    Placer l'air conditionné car il a fait très chaud même en fermant les volets toute la journée.
    Placer des moustiquaires aux fenêtres car beaucoup de moustiques le soir..
    Refaire le chemin pour arriver à l'appartement car impossible de rouler les valises

    La vue est magnifique.
    Le logement est propre et bien équipé.
    Les propriétaires sont discrets.

    Gênant :
    L'accès à la maison s'effectue par une rampe qui tient du toboggan.
    Flippant.

    Bonjour, merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la vue, le confort du gîte ainsi que notre discrétion durant votre séjour. Concernant l'accès, le descriptif de l'annonce mentionne bien que celui-ci se fait par une descente en béton ainsi que par deux escaliers, qui sont parfaitement praticables.     La Corse dans toute sa beauté

    Emplacement acec une vue exceptionnelle et bien centré pour effectuer les visites des sites alentour.
    Hôtes très accueillants, serviables et d'une grande gentillesse.
    Gite confortable, bien équipé .
    L'accès peut s'avérer difficile si l'on a pas toutes ses facultés physiques.
    Nous souhaitons une belle saison à nos hôtes .
