Welcome to this single-storey studio, ideal for a getaway for two (or three) between nature and heritage. Located near Sully-sur-Loire, between Fontainebleau and Lamotte-Beuvron, it offers direct access to the majestic Forest d'Orléans, just a 5-minute walk away, for beautiful, rejuvenating walks. Nearby attractions include the village of Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire and its abbey, the Grignon archaeological site, the Loire Naval Museum and the Château de Sully-sur-Loire.

This studio includes :
- a double bed (160x200 cm),
- lounge area with armchair, dining table and 3 chairs,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer, 2-burner electric hob, combined microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee maker),
- separate bathroom with WC.

For trio stays, an extra bed (90x190 cm) can be added (supplement €15/night).

Enjoy an outdoor area shared with the adjoining equestrian center: a picnic table awaits you opposite the paddocks, for a timeless moment among the horses.

Private parking is available in front.

All-inclusive rate: Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, heating included, bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Riders are welcome: your horses can be accommodated in a stall or paddock, on request.
