La petite maison au fond des bois (private forest, hunting zone, walking prohibited), this gîte is located in the heart of the Sologne forest, on a wooded estate, in a restful setting (when you leave the road you have to go into the forest for 3 minutes on a path). This self-contained gîte has its own private, enclosed area and a very large, green garden. Bed linen is included and beds made up on arrival. Close to Cléry Saint-André, Beaugency and the Loire Valley. For family gatherings, another gîte is located on the property (1km).

First floor: large living/dining room with sitting area and fireplace, separate kitchen, separate toilet, 1 very large bedroom (1 bed 140) with en-suite bathroom (this is the only bathroom in the house). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 x 80cm beds each), washbasin in 1 bedroom.

Open from April to the end of August.

Price includes: bed linen, electricity and water.
Cleaning required every 15 days for long stays.
Deposit 450€ (except if rented for more than 2 weeks, deposit 700€).

Arrival from 5pm to 7pm. Departure at 10am.
