From the Marquise's bedroom to the living room with its Versailles parquet flooring, heated swimming pool and century-old cedar, discover the thousand and one treasures of Manoir de la Perrière. Le Manoir offers a wide range of services for weddings and seminars to make your stay unique and personalized. Located in Messas, in the canton of Beaugency in the Petite Beauce region, with the Marchenoir forest to the north and the Loire and Sologne to the south, Manoir de la Perrière combines all the ingredients that have forged the Loire Valley's reputation over the centuries. Manoir de la Perrière is undoubtedly the fruit of this, and the large vaulted cellar running through the grounds, with its basement of Beauce limestone, bears witness to this. An ashlar terrace and two majestic staircases complete the harmony of the setting, guiding you to the swimming pool and grounds.

First floor: brightly lit, the 4 adjoining lounges with views over the park will seduce you with their eclectic style, from the oak floor tiles to the Versailles parquet to the 70's slate in the smoking room... In the orangery, you'll enjoy table soccer and wooden games. At the end of this labyrinth, you'll find the secluded chambre Des Blés (140 cm bed), with its private shower room and toilet, and, crossing the kitchen, the salle des armoiries... Ambiences with the scent of yesteryear.

1st floor: The Marquise (180 cm bed and 140 cm bed) and Marquis (140 cm bed and 90 cm bed) suites are undeniably the most luxurious rooms, bright and spacious, with a dressing room and private lounge.
The Admiral's room (one 140 cm bed) and the Library room (four 90 cm beds) with terrace also have a different charm for your greater comfort.

2nd floor: From this floor, you can overlook the entire Domaine de la Perrière. In a hushed, rustic atmosphere reminiscent of the Middle Ages, you'll discover the Dauphin suite (one 180 cm bed and two 90 cm beds) with en-suite bathroom and toilet, and the Dauphine room (one 180 cm bed and three 90 cm beds) with en-suite bathroom and toilet, cosy, reassuring living spaces for children, leading to the Viking bedroom (one 140 cm bed and one 90 cm bed) with its private bathroom and toilet, a real cosy little nest for parents.

In the Manoir's private park, you'll discover a variety of settings for your walks: a wooded area, a clearing, a formal garden and a priest's garden. The heated swimming pool is open from May to September, weather permitting, as are the ping-pong table and soccer goals.
