A cocooning atmosphere, chic vintage decor and a wealth of details will make your stay a pleasant break just a stone's throw from the banks of the Loire. The garden adds a lot of charm to this City house. Shops are a 2-minute walk away, and Orléans' historic center is a 15-minute walk away, with a host of places to visit: Joan of Arc, Sainte-Croix Cathedral, Hôtel Groslot, Museums (Musée des Beaux-arts, Maison de Jeanne d' Arc, FRAC and MOBE), gardens (Parc Floral de la Source)... The house is ideally located for the Loire Festival (Europe's largest gathering of river sailors), the Loire bike tour or a visit to Orleans City.

On the first floor, the first large entrance hall features a 4-in-1 gaming table (foosball, billiards, shuffleboard and table tennis), a dart board and a cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer; then after the second entrance, a beautiful 50 m² living room with dining area, lounge (with a real sofa bed 160x200 cm) and open-plan kitchen. An independent shower room and separate toilet (three steps up).

On the 1st floor, accessed via a narrow spiral staircase, a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm and a single bed 80x190 cm, and a bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm; an independent bathroom (bathtub) and wc.
