La petite maison de Paule welcomes you for short or long stays. Charming old house. Sleeps 5. 2 épis and 3 stars. Fiber, truck parking, baby furniture, household linen (sheets and towels available at the foot of the bed). 2 nights minimum except wedding night with romantic option (For this, please make a specific request or contact me). Close to all amenities: Supermarkets, hospital, Pharmacy, bakery, bar-tabac, pizza... less than 5 min by car. 10 min drive from Montargis train station. Historic city. Approx. 1 hr from Orléans. Charming and pleasant little old house of approx. 75m², on one level, comprising kitchen open onto dining room, sitting room in veranda, bathroom, separate WC, two bedrooms, one with an electric double bed for 2 (can be separated to make two beds) and the other with a bunk bed (2 beds 90x190 cm) and a pull-out sofa bed 90x190 cm.

Set in approx. 800m² of enclosed grounds.
All comforts and conveniences.
Crockery for 10 people, bowls and cooking utensils
Appliances: gas stove with oven, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
In the dining room: table with 2 extensions for 8 people.
In the veranda : Reclining sofa, armchairs, footstools, lift-up coffee table and TV,
Bathroom: washbasin, PRM-accessible shower with seat and hairdryer.
Also board games, raclette machine, fondue machine, plancha...
Outside: garden tables and chairs, seating for 8, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, Kids' games.

One private parking space on the property, or several in front of the Holiday cottage for cars and trucks.

Travel light with baby! Baby furniture is available free of charge (changing table, bathtub, high chair, Umbrella bed, bouncer, baby walker, strollers, toilet potty and reducer, chair booster). Please return all baby furniture and accessories clean. This is not included in the cleaning package.

Departures are between 8:00 and 11:00.
Please allow 30 minutes for the departure inventory of fixtures. Obligatory.
