A large living room with sofa, TV and dining area. A fitted kitchen has everything you need for long stays. Modern, renovated and functional. Excellent base for visiting Orléans and the Centre Val de Loire region. Located 1h30 from Paris and close to the center of Orléans, everything is within walking distance, 2 min from the conference center and theater, 5 min from the tramway, 20 min from the train station and 15 min from the Cathedral, the banks of the Loire, gardens, shops, restaurants, cinema, examination centers... By car, 10 min from Zénith, Parc Floral, university. In the immediate vicinity: lib bike and bus stations. 1 private underground parking space. Free public parking nearby.

The accommodation comprises a living room with dining area and sitting area, and a separate fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.). On the night side, 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90/200 per room, closet). 1 bathroom (bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail), 1 separate WC.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen (beds made up on arrival, depending on the number of people booked) and towels (1 towel/person), 2 kitchen towels, end-of-stay cleaning (dishes and rubbish not included), WIFI Fiber, heating and electricity, with reasonable consumption limited to 15 kWh per day (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).

Free end-of-stay cleaning except for kitchen and bathroom areas (to be cleaned: ovens, traces of food, dishes must be washed and put away, bathtub/sink). Cleaning products are available.

Extended stay possible (additional night subject to availability, with owners' agreement).

Parties and barbecues are forbidden.

Between 2 rentals, the apartment is disinfected (cleaning, household linen washed at the highest temperature as well as under-sheets, aired accommodation, disinfection of door handles, sanitary facilities, furniture, bedding, curtains, decorative objects, refrigerator, etc.).
