The first bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed. The second bedroom has a Bed 90x190 cm and a Bed 140x200 cm.
Separate toilet and shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

To access the first floor, a magnificent staircase leads to a mezzanine that can be used as a quiet space for reading, working or a playroom for the Kids.
An upstairs bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds and one 160x200 cm bed.

The exterior is currently being landscaped. Shared garden with the owner, with a private area.
Private parking on the property (one vehicle).
