In Berry, between La Chatre and Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, in the George Sand region, the gîte "Le Tilleul" awaits you, in a village 5 minutes from the shops. You'll be able to explore the places that make up the history of our region: George Sand's estate, the basilica at Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, the château at Sarzay, the fortress and viaduct at Cluis, the archaeological site at Argenton-sur-Creuse and many other places that will be recommended to you on arrival. There are many local festivals to discover in the surrounding villages. You can also take advantage of water sports centers located 15 and 30 minutes away, or a charming little river 5 minutes away. On WE evenings, you can pick up delicious pizzas just 200 m from the gîte. The "Le Tilleul" gîte is set in 2,000 m² of enclosed grounds, so you can enjoy the shade of the lime tree while others play volleyball or pétanque, or go for walks or bike rides (5 adult bikes, 3 junior bikes, 2 children's bikes). Direct access to hiking trails.

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, etc.), dining/living room (flat-screen TV), "blue" bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, WC, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
Upstairs, the "chocolate" bedroom (1 x 2-person bed and 1 x 1-person bed), the "dormitory" bedroom (4 x 1-person beds and a relaxation area), the "mauve" bedroom (1 x 2-person bed and 1 x 1-person bed and 1 x 1-person crib), a shower room/WC.

Réunion familiale dans le Berry.
5/5Cette année encore, nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte et avons retrouvé avec grand plaisir tout ce qui nous avait enchantés l'an dernier. Nous étions 10 (7 adultes, 3 enfants et un petit chien). La maison reste toujours aussi agréable, spacieuse et d'une propreté exemplaire. L'extérieur offre un véritable espace de détente, avec un jardin impeccablement entretenu où petits et grands peuvent s'épanouir. Les jeux et les vélos mis à disposition ajoutent une touche supplémentaire pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous souhaitons également remercier chaleureusement les propriétaires pour leur accueil convivial, les petites attentions et leur disponibilité constante. Nous renouvelons notre confiance sans hésitation et recommandons vivement ce gîte à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour en famille de qualité et explorer la magnifique région touristique du Berry.

5/5Communication aisée avec notŕe hôte. Souplesse sur les horaires et une attention à l'arrivée très appréciable et appréciée.
Gite conforme à la description, très propre et avec beaucoup de vaiselle et ustensiles.
Situé au calme mais à 10 min en voiture de la Cĥâtre et des commerces.
