Le Tilleul

In Berry, between La Chatre and Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, in the George Sand region, the Holiday cottage "Le Tilleul" awaits you, in a village 5 minutes from the shops. You'll be able to explore the places that make up the history of our region: George Sand's estate, the basilica at Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, the château at Sarzay, the fortress and viaduct at Cluis, the archaeological site at Argenton-sur-Creuse and many other places that will be recommended to you on arrival. There are many local festivals to discover in the surrounding villages. You can also take advantage of the water sports centers located 15 and 30 minutes away, or a charming little river 5 minutes away. On WE evenings, just 200 meters from the Holiday cottage, you can pick up delicious pizzas. The "Le Tilleul" gîte is set in 2,000 m² of enclosed grounds, where some guests can enjoy the shade of the lime tree, while others can play volleyball or pétanque, or set off on foot or by bike (5 adult bikes, 3 junior bikes, 2 bikes for toddlers) along Hiking trails (direct access).

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, tassimo, raclette and crêpe party sets, etc.), dining/living room (flat-screen TV), "blue" bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (hairdryer), WC, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron).

Upstairs, the "chocolate" bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), the "dormitory" bedroom (4 single beds), the "mauve" bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 baby bed), a bathroom (hairdryer)/WC. Internet.

Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Garden furniture, plancha, various outdoor games, baby equipment (bed, high chairs, bathtub, potty, changing mat). Electric heating (invoiced according to consumption from September 15 to April 30). Private parking on the property.
