As the Loire by bike passes in front of the house, you'll be able to discover our region in a pleasant way, and park your bikes right next to your Holiday cottage. You can also rent bikes in Azay le Rideau. We can reserve them for you if you give us sufficient notice. A GR trail is also accessible from the house and offers many Hiking possibilities. We'll be happy to advise you.

In the heart of the Loire castles, in a green and exceptionally tranquil setting, surrounded by unusual animals (deer) and its sheep farm, the Holiday cottage des Méchinières will welcome you with pleasure. All-inclusive Holiday cottage (except tourist tax). Ground floor: living room-kitchen, 1st bedroom (bed 160 + shower room and wc), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds: 115 and 125, + shower room and wc). Separate toilet in hallway. Baby bed and chair. Central heating (included in rates). Private, unenclosed 400 m² garden (ping-pong table to be shared with owners) in a 1 ha park. Included: bed linen + towels + tablecloth + tea towels. For health reasons, the presence of any animal (domestic, pet, exotic), is strictly forbidden in the Holiday cottage and on the property. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
As the Loire by bike passes in front of the house, you can rent bicycles in Azay le Rideau before you arrive. The GR 34 footpath is within walking distance of the house.
