Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 180 x 200 cm or possibility of 2 beds 90x200cm), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm), shower room (washing machine) and separate WC. Wifi connection. Not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Electric heating (included in rates). Veranda, 500 m² enclosed garden. Rates include heating, electricity, wood, bed linen, all linen (toilet and household) and end-of-stay cleaning. No smoking. Parc Naturel Régional values.

Marie & family confort et calme à deux pas du centre ville !
Excellent séjour dans ce gîte tt confort (j'ai enlevé une étoile pr l'accès aux chambres du haut (pas le plus pratique avec ces escaliers façon moyen âge, mais très fun!). Les chambres sont toutefois charmantes et bonne literie).
Véronique est accueillante, arrangeante et super souriante un amour de propriétaire !
Le centre ville médiéval, les berges, tt est accessible facilement à pied.
Gîte très bien équipé, superbement décoré, literie au top, super terrasse, livres pr enfants, salles de bain spacieuses (X2), canapés hyper confortables. Tt est vraiment au top pour un super séjour ! On recommande- Cleanliness

Merci pour ce retour très détaillé et chaleureux. Je comprends pour l'escalier en colimaçon qui demande un peu attention dans les déplacements.mais effectivement il date du 15eme siècle. Belle continuation à toute la famille

Dooley Family Fabulous week at La Courtille
We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this lovely, impressively refurbished cottage in Chinon. Véronique was a warm and welcoming host, greeting us with some delicious local treats and offering great tips on what to see and do in the area.
The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had more than everything we needed our stay. Its location is ideal—just a short walk into the centre of Chinon, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot.
Highlights of our time included exploring Chinon and the beautiful surrounding area, taking the train to Tours for a day trip, and visiting the impressive Château de Chinon. We truly appreciated the combination of modern comforts, a charming setting, and the thoughtful hospitality.

A Chinon, le gîte de Véronique est idéalement situé pour sillonner la ville historique à pied.

Très heureuse de retrouver La Courtille où je sejourne de temps en temps. Une belle maison très bien équipée, parfaitement étudiée sur 3 étages, au cœur de Chinon, tout proche de la Vienne.

Excellent séjour à 5 amies dans ce gîte très agréable et très bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Laurence, la propriétaire des lieux, pour son professionnalisme, sa réactivité et nous l'avons trouvée extrêmement sympathique et prévenante. Elle met des choses à disposition pour nous simplifier la vie...Je recommande vivement d'autant qu'il y a une belle place de stationnement devant la maison.
