Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 180 x 200 cm or possibility of 2 beds 90x200cm), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm), shower room (washing machine) and separate WC. Wifi connection. Not specifically adapted for disabled guests. Electric heating (included in rates). Veranda, 500 m² enclosed garden. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Courtille.Très bon acceuil des propriétaires, un feu de cheminée nous attendait!
Le gîte est très propre, très bien équipé il ne manque rien!
Bravo pour la rénovation de cette ancienne demeure. La décoration est de très bon goût! Nous avons choisi Chinon dans le but de visiter les châteaux alentours...on s est régalé! Un vrai séjour de princesse.

Très belle rencontre! c'était un vrai plaisir d'accueillir ces amies pleine de joie. Les échanges furent très agréables. Nous les attendons pour une prochaine visite et je garde le contact pour une escapade en Bretagne. Belle continuation pour vous quatre

MLB Superbe gite
Accueil très sympathique de la part de Veronique avec à notre arrivée petites gourmandises, feu de cheminée, lits faits. Le gîte est très bien équipé à tout point de vue et sa localisation nous a permis d’accéder à pieds facilement à tous les commerces de Chinon.

LT Beautiful Home in the heart of Chinon
We greatly enjoyed staying in Chinon at this wonderful gîte. The photos of this house very much understate it’s charm and beauty, and how comfortable it is. The house has been updated recently with style and taste. The work is very well done, the house is very clean and quiet, and it is well stocked for staying in, cooking your own meals, and drinking the excellent local wines. Once you enter the property, the house feels like it is in the country, but it is just a short stroll to all the shops, restaurants, and charm of Chinon. The owners live on the same property but are not noticeable or disturbing in any way. They are very available, helpful, and charming if you want to engage with them. We look forward to returning.
