This vast house and its beautiful heated indoor swimming pool (totally dedicated to you) are the ideal place for large families or friends looking for both indoor space and leisure activities for young and old (trampoline, swing...). Very well equipped, in a quiet, small village on the banks of the Vienne river (ideal for fishing, hiking or cycling), in the heart of the Chinon AOC vineyards. You'll be welcomed by the owners, who are winemakers themselves, and you'll be able to discover their passion and taste their wines during your stay. Your resort is ideally situated for exploring the châteaux of the Loire Valley. The royal fortress of Chinon and the medieval town are just 15 minutes away. Azay le Rideau, Villandry, Langeais, Rigny Ussé and the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud are also nearby. A little further afield, Chenonceau, Amboise, Futuroscope and the Beauval Zooparc also await you. Welcome to Touraine!
This all-inclusive house (except tourist tax), with its Piscine exclusively for you, will be the ideal place for a stay with family or friends. Ground floor: living room-lounge-kitchen (sofa, TV), sitting area (sofa bed, TV), 1 bedroom (bed 160, 1 bed 90), shower room with wc, bathroom, wc. Upstairs with air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 bed (2 beds 90), 1 bed (bed 140), 1 bed (bed 160, shower room with wc), baby bed. WIFI. Oil-fired central heating included. Private enclosed courtyard (200 m²) and garden (250 m²) (covered shelter, swing, trampoline). Small pets allowed with owners' agreement. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Rates include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. PISCINE OPENING: June to September.

5/5Nous avons passé Noël en famille avec enfants et petits-enfants (six adultes et trois enfants). Le sapin était prêt. Bouteilles et chocolats offerts à l'arrivée ont été agréablement appréciés. Madame Gatillon et son mari étaient à l'écoute du moindre problème (le lave-linge est tombé en panne, il a été remplacé dans les deux heures par un neuf).
Trampoline, jouets pour extérieur et intérieur, lecteur vidéo, wifi ... Il ne manquait rien. Une belle piscine et un barbecue (pour des vacances en été). Beaucoup d'espace disponible que ce soit en intérieur ou en extérieur. Trois salles d'eau et autant de WC. Trois grandes chambres avec lit double (dont une avec en plus un lit simple) et une avec deux lits simples. Gîte pour huit adultes et un enfant sans problème.
Un endroit idéal pour des visites de châteaux et balades en bord de la Loire et de ses affluents.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Bel accueil, merci pour toutes vos attentions culinaires.
Le gîte est très bien équipé. On y est très à l aise et en intimité totale.
La piscine chauffée, et couverte si besoin, est un plus indéniable. L équipement extérieur n est pas en reste non plus. Tous les commerces à 10 mn en voiture. Bref c était parfait.- Cleanliness 5/5
