Charming gîte 15 km from Chinon and Saumur, 1 km from Montsoreau and 5 km from Fontevraud Abbey. Set in an exceptional panorama with the Loire River as its landscape, the Confluence gîte offers you an expanse of water as far as the eye can see, ideal for contemplation and relaxation. The gîte's grounds run alongside the Loire for around 300 m, and from every room you can admire the incessant ballet of terns, seagulls and gulls, and enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets over the confluence. You can do your shopping at the market that takes place every Sunday morning in the village square of Montsoreau (1 km from the gîte), and hunt for bargains on the banks of the Loire at the Puces de Montsoreau, held every 2nd Sunday of the month.
All-inclusive gite (excluding tourist tax). Magnificent, detached gîte adjoining the owner's house, with superb views of an exceptional site: confluence of the Loire and Vienne rivers. Ground floor: air-conditioned living room-kitchen (Canal+/Canal Sat/Netflix, telescreen, fireplace, wine cellar, Nespresso coffee maker). 3 communicating bedrooms, 2 of which also have outside access to the garden: 1st bedroom office (Rapido 140 sofa bed + desk/library), 2nd bedroom (160 bed), 3rd bedroom (2 90 beds, library, piano), shower room (+ wc), 2nd shower room, separate wc, linen room. Cot. Wifi. Heating. Enclosed private garden (p-pong, bike shelter, gas barbecue). Closed parking. All-inclusive rates (bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, final cleaning, firewood). Non-smoking accommodation.

Les quatre semaines passées dans notre Gîte ce sont écoulées beaucoup trop vite, nous serons sincèrement très heureux de vous revoir un jour prochain. Les levers et les couchers de soleil sur la Confluence seront toujours là pour vous accueillir .

Redsaltire Superb in all ways
The location is amazing, the hosts welcoming, helpful and more than friendly and generous. They seem to have thought of everything. My late wife used a wheelchair and we found it difficult to find suitable accommodation, this would have been perfect for her with easy access and roll-inn shower. The layout means passing through bedrooms but there are work-arounds and two full shower rooms nicely located, so this was not a problem for us. The gite is extremely well equipped. The terrace overlooking the confluence is a privilege. It's only a 15 minute walk to most bars, cafes, restaurants and the excellent boulangerie. We definitely hope to return. Loved it. Thanks to the hosts.

This is a wonderful gite in an excellent location, with a simply superb outlook on to the River Loire. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The interior of the gite is beautiful, well equipped and full of interesting objects and details. Walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants and to places of interest. Highly to be recommended.
