At the edge of the Perche region, just 1h30 from Paris, between Chartres and Le Mans, La Villa du Grand Parc welcomes stays and receptions in exceptional surroundings all year round. Boasting a vast park with a pond and a river running through it, the Villa du Grand Parc offers stays for up to 25 residents, with the option of tailor-made services in cooperation with local partners who share the desire to make your stays and events unique. The Villa, rated 5*, spans over 500m², offering a reception room, and quality accommodation in 5 beautiful bedrooms. Adjoining La Villa is the cottage offering 4 further bedrooms, bringing the total capacity of the estate to 25 beds in 9 rooms.

On the first floor, a masterly hall leads to three adjoining rooms, including a 110m2 reception room with open fireplace and bar. The semi-professional kitchen is ideal for preparing meals together, and will delight amateur chefs, home chefs and caterers alike.

On the first and second floors, five bedrooms can accommodate up to 15 people. An office-library with a breathtaking view over the park will allow you to take time out to read, write a new novel, work or relax.

Next door, the cottage sleeps up to 10 in four bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor. The Cottage is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom/sanitary facilities upstairs and down.
