Alone in the heart of the Percheronne countryside, Aline and Ludovic have renovated this old farmhouse for a stay away from the noise. The house is secluded and surrounded by fields. Nearby is the town of Nogent le Rotrou, famous for its medieval castle, and Thiron Gardais, a pretty little Percheron village. It's a very quiet place where you can relax to the full.

The gîte sleeps 8, comprising:
First floor:
-a fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, small appliances,
a living-dining room with wood-burning stove and television,
-bedroom with double bed (140/190cm) (one step up),
-bathroom with shower,
-a separate toilet,
-laundry room with washing machine (iron and ironing board),

First floor:
-a bedroom with a 140/190 bed,
-a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, and a cot.
-a landing room with two 90cm beds and a sofa
-bathroom with bath and WC,
Garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs.
